These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Guest") and

Madeirabook regarding your booking of our property.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted

these terms. Once your booking is confirmed, you are guaranteed the availability of the property

for the selected dates.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Strict)

All bookings made with Madeirabook are strictly non-refundable. Upon confirmation

of your reservation, the dates are blocked specifically for you, and we decline other

potential inquiries. Consequently, cancellations, early departures, or no-shows do not

entitle the Guest to any refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Guest Obligations

The Guest agrees to respect the property, comply with house rules, and ensure the safety of all

occupants. Any damages caused to the property will be charged to the Guest. Smoking and

unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

Madeirabook is not responsible for personal belongings, accidents, or any unforeseen

circumstances outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, transport disruptions). We

strongly recommend that Guests obtain travel insurance to cover potential cancellation risks.

5. Data Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.

We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection

regulations.
